Coaching is a confidential, one-to-one partnership designed to help individuals maximise their personal potential, enhance their effectiveness, and achieve their personal and professional goals. It provides a safe space environment for reflection, gentle challenge, and growth, enabling you to share, develop, and nurture your own solutions.
Executive coaching is a confidential, one-to-one partnership designed to help leaders maximise their potential, enhance their effectiveness, and achieve their personal and professional goals. Rather than providing answers, coaching creates the space for reflection, challenge, and growth, enabling you to develop your own solutions and lead with greater confidence and clarity.
I work with:
NHS executives and directors
Clinical and operational leaders
Senior managers and aspiring leaders
Healthcare professionals preparing for career progression
Organisations investing in leadership development and organisational improvement
Any individual looking to work on personal and professional life goals
While my expertise is rooted in healthcare, all the leadership principles I use are applicable across public, voluntary, and private sector organisations.
My coaching approach is strengths-based, and values driven, supporting individuals to appreciate, reflect and build approaches to self-development by appreciating and building on their own. It combines professional coaching practice with extensive experience in senior NHS leadership, quality improvement, organisational development, and system leadership.
Having led complex local, regional and national programmes, developed and led organisational change, and delivered quality improvement initiatives, I understand the realities of leading within today’s healthcare environment. This practical insight allows me to support clients in ways that are grounded, relevant, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

Its primary purpose is to assess mutual fit, build rapport, and determine if both parties can work together effectively to achieve the client's goals. This can take place in person or via video chat.
Yes. Coaching is available online via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom, allowing flexibility for clients across the UK. Face-to-face coaching can also be arranged where this suits both parties.
My coaching is a person-centred, strengths-based, values driven, and evidence-informed approach. I create a supportive but appropriately challenging environment where clients can reflect, explore different perspectives, and develop practical actions. My approach draws on recognised coaching models while remaining flexible to each individual’s needs, leadership style, and goals.

Absolutely. I work directly with NHS organisations and healthcare providers to design coaching programmes that support executive teams, senior leaders, aspiring leaders, and leadership development initiatives.
Programmes can be tailored to organisational priorities, transformation programmes, succession planning, or individual development needs.
The first step is an informal, no-obligation 30-minute conversation to discuss your goals, current challenges, and how coaching or consultancy may support you or your organisation.
If we’re a good fit, we’ll agree clear objectives, outcomes, and a coaching approach that meets your needs.
Yes. Although my expertise has been developed through senior leadership within the NHS and healthcare, I also work with leaders in other sectors who are looking to strengthen their leadership capability, navigate change, and achieve professional growth.
